Rhomberg’s venture into ceramics marks a creative expansion into translating his pictorial ideas of his paintings into dynamic three-dimensional forms. This medium allows him to break from the constraints of detailed, two-dimensional work and engage in a more liberated, tactile avenue of expression.

Embracing ceramics is rooted in exploration and the pursuit of inspiration, opening new pathways for creativity. In turn, the process invites abstraction and an intuitive approach that allows Rhomberg to play with patterns and textures while subconsciously teaching himself through colour and form.
